Healthy Coping Skills for Teens
This class offers practical and effective coping strategies. A Certified Recreational Therapist Specialist (CTRS) will teach youth evidence based coping skills to use daily when feeling overwhelmed, find connection and trust in relationships, and explore meaningful ways to spend time with loved ones. (2 hours, 4 weeks)
All classes/programs/presentations are free due to a grant from the Utah County Health Department
