JR JAZZ BASKETBALL

Compete in Junior Jazz Basketball this winter with Lindon City. This coed league will focus on passing, dribbling, shooting, and man-to-man defense (with colored wristbands) in a fun, low-pressure environment. Participants will be notified if there is a change in facility. All leagues are recreation, scores and standings will not be kept. Junior Jazz jersey provided.

This sport has limited space and fills up fast. Sign up ASAP to guarantee your child's participation. Team jersey provided.

COED PRE-K/Kindergarten & COED 1st/2nd:

20 minute team practices will be held prior to 30 minute games. The Pre-K/Kindergarten league will be played on Tuesdays/Thursdays and COED 1st/2nd grade league plays Wednesday/Friday at 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM. Games held at the Lindon Lindon Community Center Gym.

COED 3rd/4th & COED 5th/6th:

There will be no games played President’s Day weekend (Feb 17). All games will be held at Oak Canyon Junior High. Practices will be decided by coaches. Games held on Saturday mornings at Oak Canyon Middle School Gym.

Friend Request Policy

Participants are allowed to request one friend. Friends must request each other and sign up before the registration deadline for the best possible chance to be placed on the same team. Friend requests require players to be in the same age group. Please verify with other player that they are in the same age group! Friend requests are not guaranteed, but we do our best to fulfill them.

The league is based on helping the players develop knowledge of the game, and to help focus on fundamentals of baseball. This will provide an opportunity to learn the basics skills. All leagues are recreation, scores and standings will not be kept.

Lindon City's flag football league will be starting in August! We are providing a small-sized, recreation league to focus on skill development and sportsmanship. Field and team sizes are based on helping the players develop knowledge of the game, and to help focus on fundamentals of football. This will provide an opportunity to learn the basics such as lineups, play clocks, routes, and penalties. All leagues are recreation, scores and standings will not be kept.

All games will be played at Pioneer Park. Games are played either on a Tuesday/Thursday evening between 4-6 PM to avoid conflict with Fall Soccer, which happens on Saturdays. Games will be one hour, starting on the hour. Practice length and time will be at the coaches discretion.

NEW Indoor Street Hockey League! In this league, you will learn how to pass, shoot, and score while still wearing your sneakers and playing against other teams! Registration will include a stick, jersey, and 2 Utah Hockey Club tickets.

This is an indoor league that will run from Sept 30 - Nov 13. No games or practices will be held during fall break, Oct 14-17. There will be some additional practice times before the league starts. Games and practices will be held at the Lindon Community Center in the gym.

As this is a new sport, there will be instructional training times held for all coaches before the league starts. Registration is limited to 88 participants so secure your spot today and join the hockey craze!

COED: 3rd/4th (11 participants per team) 50-minute games will be held on Tuesdays with practices held on Wednesdays.
